*95% and 75% scholarships require financial verification (200% of federal poverty level).

Eligibility aligns with the 95% and 75% scholarship income guidelines.
The individual does not currently have a laptop
Resident resides in Johnson, Wyandotte, Leavenworth or Miami Counties
