The Mission Project’s 20th anniversary celebration was a momentous occasion filled with gratitude, reflection, and hope for the future. As supporters gathered to commemorate two decades of helping participants achieve independence, the atmosphere was alive with stories of transformation and empowerment. From its humble beginnings, The Mission Project has grown into a beacon of what is possible when a community of like-minded individuals set out to accomplish a goal.

Throughout the evening, attendees were moved by personal testimonials illustrating the profound impact of The Mission Project. From newfound independence to a strengthened sense of purpose, community, support and friendship, the stories shared served as a reminder of the organization’s unwavering commitment to improving lives. Guests mingled to the wonderful live music from Saxes, Brushes & 88 Keys, participated in a silent auction, tried their luck for raffle prizes, and enjoyed drinks and hors d’oeuvres. The beautiful program highlighted the 20-year history of The Mission Project and awards were given to recognized supporters. When participants took to the stage to talk about what The Mission Project has meant to their lives, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. John Holt from Fox4 News made the celebration extra special as the Master of Ceremonies.

One highlight of the celebration was the generous outpouring of support from guests and attendees, through the live auction, silent auction, and fund-a-need donations. Special thanks to Don Nikodim as the auctioneer making the live auction so fun and successful. The Mission Project looks forward to the next chapter of its journey, confident in its ability to continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities for years to come.
