Join us on Saturday, April 20th, at the Johnson County Arts and Heritage Center for an evening filled with gratitude, entertainment, and support for a cause that’s close to our hearts.

A Journey of Empowerment:

Twenty years ago, a small group of families embarked on a mission to create better opportunities for their loved ones with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What started as a humble endeavor has grown into a remarkable journey of empowerment and inclusion. The Mission Project has touched countless lives, providing support, resources, and a sense of community to individuals and families across the region.

Celebrate with Us:

Our anniversary celebration, themed “Feels Like Home,” promises to be a night to remember. Put on your festive attire and join us for an evening of camaraderie and joy (and wine, beer, cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres). Here’s what you can look forward to:

– History of The Mission Project: Take a walk down memory lane as we reflect on the incredible journey of The Mission Project over the past two decades.

– Live Entertainment: Get ready to groove to the tunes of Saxes, Brushes, and 88 Keys! Enjoy live music and entertainment throughout the evening.

– Recognition and Appreciation: Join us in acknowledging the exceptional accomplishments and contributions of individuals and organizations that have supported The Mission Project’s mission.

– Supporting a Cause: Your presence at the event helps us continue our vital programs for Mission Project participants and the broader intellectual and developmental disability community.

– And More: The evening will be filled with surprises, heartfelt moments, and opportunities to connect with fellow supporters.
