The Mission Project’s Annual Celebration Fundraiser was a memorable evening filled with connection, entertainment, and a shared commitment to supporting our mission.

We were honored to have Pat McGonigle as this year’s emcee, guiding the evening with warmth and energy. Guests enjoyed an engaging program that included a live magic performance by Dewayne Hill, bringing moments of surprise and excitement to the crowd.

One of the most impactful moments of the evening was the presentation of the Stalwart Award to Charlotte Johnson, Participant Support Specialist. This recognition honors long-term commitment to The Mission Project and is given to individuals who demonstrate unwavering dedication, steadfast support, and meaningful contributions to the organization.

Charlotte’s work has had a profound impact on the lives of participants, as touchingly recounted during the program by participant, Cory.  Her compassion, consistency, and commitment truly embody the spirit of the Stalwart Award. We are incredibly grateful for the role she plays in strengthening our community every day.

The evening also featured a performance by The Mission Project’s Drama Club, where participants took the stage with confidence and creativity. Their performance was both entertaining and inspiring, highlighting the power of self-expression and community.

This event was a great success thanks to the generosity of our supporters. We extend a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, and helped bring the evening to life. Your support makes it possible for The Mission Project to continue empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and thrive.
